At AifoBeta, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through https://aifobeta.com and our payment provider Paddle.
1. Discovery & consulting sessions
If you cancel a scheduled discovery session at least 48 hours before the appointment, you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no charge; otherwise no refund is issued.
2. Custom development projects
Custom software projects are governed by individual project agreements. Generally:
- Before work begins: Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before project kickoff
- After work begins: Refunds are calculated based on work completed. You pay only for deliverables accepted to date; remaining balance is refunded
- Milestone payments: Milestones already delivered and accepted are non-refundable
If we fail to deliver agreed scope within the agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by client-side dependencies), you may request a partial or full refund proportional to undelivered work.
3. SaaS subscriptions
- 14-day money-back guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, no questions asked
- After 14 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds may be issued within 30 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used
4. Digital products & templates
Due to the nature of digital goods, downloadable products and license keys are non-refundable once delivered, unless the product is defective or materially different from its description.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@aifobeta.com with:
- Your full name and email used at purchase
- Order or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
We review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most issues quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
