AifoBeta provides custom software development, SaaS products, AI automation tools, consulting, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or checkout pages.
2. Accounts & purchases
When you purchase a service or subscription, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (including Paddle). You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for agreed fees, including recurring subscription charges until cancelled.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed project agreement, upon full payment you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project. AifoBeta retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and general know-how used in delivery. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a mutual NDA prohibits it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our website or products to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
5. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel through your account portal or by contacting info@aifobeta.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Warranties & disclaimer
We deliver services with professional care and skill. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AifoBeta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Refunds
